Team Building with the
Olympic Bobsleigh:
The aim of this activity is to train your own 4-man bob team.
The team will learn the starting tecniques, define the position
of each team member within the bob, develop a team-code for
sincronised starts and define the entry order, bearing in mind
that the faster the bob goes the more important it is not to
get in eachother’s way. Each component must share the small
space inside the bob with the other members of his team. All
this is done with the end result in mind of obtaining the
fastest time. Sports team building and motivational training
can easily be integrated with classroom training. |

a correct strategy and effective planning of the resources, actions and
information, it is possible to reach a goal that most people consider: Impossible!! |
